The Foundation supports Student of the Month in Winton Woods Schools.  Each month the Student of the Month is recognized at a School Board Meeting. Each student is given a $35 Barnes and Noble gift certificate from the Greenhills Forest Park Foundation in recognition of their acheivements.

 

 

The Greenhills Forest Park Kiwanis Foundation is a 501c3 Foundation (tin 31-1408901). The Foundation's charter is to support young people of our community  to achieve their educational goals. Further the Foundation supports activities that promote childhood well-being and safety. Each year we award scholarships worth $2,000 each to graduating seniors who live in the Winton Woods school district. For the graduating class of 2015 we are adding the Finneytown school district as well. Recipients must live in those school districts but can attend public or private schools or they can be home schooled.

David Bell Scholarship $2,000 - DeVaugh Willaims, from Winton Woods to attend Ohio University to pursue a degree in Communications and Telecommunications.

 

Joyce Haller Scholarship $2,000 - Hayley Perkins from Winton Woods to attend The Ohio State University to pursue a degree in Biochemistry/pre-med

 

Kiwanis General Scholarship $2,000 - Sarah Fessler from Finneytown High School to attend the University of Cincinnati to pursue a degree in Biology and eventually on to Ohio State to study Veterinary Science

 

Kiwanis General Scholarship $2,000 - Irene Onianwa from Winton Woods to attend Ohio State University to pursue a degree in Biomedical Engineering

 

Kiwanis General Scholarship $2,000 - Sarai Tylisa Dean from Winton Woods to attend Northern Kentucky University to pursue a degree in Pre-medicine

 

David O'Connor Continuing Scholarship $2,500 - Corey Stewart, a Winton Woods graduate now attending Ohio State
